X-FIT Cross-Functional Training

This 45-minute circuit training class incorporates stations to offer a variety of exercises. This offers a combination of strength and conditioning as well as cardio endurance for a full HIIT workout.

Piloxing Knock-Out

This class combines boxing, Pilates and Plyo (jump training) for a challenging and effective workout. It incorporates short interval bursts for improved stamina, strength, and flexibility.

POUND

This Pilates-based workout combines cardio and strength through rhythmic movements. Pound refers to the drum-technique, using light weight drumsticks for continual movement – a cardio jam session!
